Step 1: Preheat oven to 350º F.
Step 2: Combine ground pork, crumbs, egg, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce and mix thoroughly.
Step 3: Microwave bacon a couple minutes on waxed paper.
Step 4: Pat meat mixture to a 10 x 7 inch rectangle.
Step 5: Combine well drained sauerkraut, caraway seeds and onion and spread evenly over meat.
Step 6: Starting with narrow side, roll up meat jelly-roll fashion.
Step 7: Place loaf in shallow baking dish.
Step 8: Arrange bacon slices across top.
Step 9: Bake for 45 minutes or longer if needed.
Step 10: Let rest 5 minutes.
Step 11: Slice into pinwheels.
