"This is a great way to enjoy those fresh tomatoes during tomato season. It is quick and easy to put together and you will love every bite of these. I sometimes change it up by using fresh cilantro or fresh basil."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Slice the tomatoes in half and place them in a bowl, add the remaining ingredients and toss to coat.
Step 2
Place the tomatoes on a preheated grill and cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side or until tomatoes just start to soften.
Step 3
Remove from grill, return to bowl and gently toss to collect any of the oil, oregano and garlic left in bowl.
Step 4
