Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 8 ounces plum tomatoes (4 tomatoes)
  • 1 tablespoon oil (vegetable oil)
  • 1 clove garlic processed through the garlic press
  • Fresh oregano (2 stems, chopped)
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Slice the tomatoes in half and place them in a bowl, add the remaining ingredients and toss to coat.

  • Step 2: Place the tomatoes on a preheated grill and cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side or until tomatoes just start to soften.

  • Step 3: Remove from grill, return to bowl and gently toss to collect any of the oil, oregano and garlic left in bowl.

  • Step 4: Enjoy!
