"These potatoes are a nice side that is fast and easy to prepare. I sometimes add caramelized onions to the mix. To keep the packs from tearing, use heavy duty aluminum foil or two layers of regular foil. This recipe came from Cook's Illustrated."

I made a smaller batch but I didn't cut down on the garlic. They were amazing!

Delicious recipe, I scaled back for 1 serve but found it to large for me and only ate half (will be cooking up the other half for breakfast with an egg). I followed the recipe and I steamed them in my tiered steamer and finished them of in the oven at 175C for 30 minutes (don't think I steamed them long enough but I didn't test them at the time hence the extra cooking time in the oven). Thank you Luvcookn, made for Billboard Recipe Tag game.

I used half the recipe for me and my friend when we were cooking some steaks on the grill. They were a great addition and I will make these often all year long, because I grill all the time.
