The pork came out so tasty and moist...I let it marinade overnight...this was so easy to prepare...I had a small tenderloin so cut the recipe in half...it made the perfect amount for the two of us...made for "WOTM" tag game...

Oh my this was so delicious, the layers of flavours were lovely, just had a very small tenderloin, just enough for two, so i cut the recipe in half, marinated it for about 5 hours and it turned out especailly tasty and tender. Cooked it under the broiler in the oven, next time i will use the griddler, but it did do beautifully under the broiler. thanks for posting.
