Step 1

Split lobster tail through top side of shell and pull meat out to rest on top of shell.

Step 2

Mix together the butter, lemon juice and garlic paste for a baste.

Step 3

Place lobster tail on grill meat side up; brush with baste, cover, and grill for about 5 minutes.

Step 4

Baste again, then turn meat side down and grill another 5-7 minutes, or until meat becomes white, firm and opaque, basting a few more times as needed.

Step 5

Serve hot with drawn butter, if desired.

Easy and delicious. We liked the addition of the garlic. Served up with steamers, corn on the cob and coleslaw. Nothing better!
