  • 2 (4 ounce) lobster tails
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 lemon (juice of)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic paste
  • Drawn butter (optional)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Split lobster tail through top side of shell and pull meat out to rest on top of shell.

  • Step 2: Mix together the butter, lemon juice and garlic paste for a baste.

  • Step 3: Place lobster tail on grill meat side up; brush with baste, cover, and grill for about 5 minutes.

  • Step 4: Baste again, then turn meat side down and grill another 5-7 minutes, or until meat becomes white, firm and opaque, basting a few more times as needed.

  • Step 5: Serve hot with drawn butter, if desired.
