Step 1

For plate, take lettuce leaves and make bowl around plate with big outside leaves

Step 2

Put shredded lettuce in center.

Step 3

Top with lobster mix that you have mixed together, it should be a touch loose.

Step 4

Put 2 of each of 4 veggies on either side making a pattern, carrot sticks one each side, lemon wedges one each side then a pile of tomato one each side.

This was very tasty and very tart...I really don't care for black olives so replaced them with radishes...because I felt the lobster salad was getting really tart I omitted the lemon slices...this made a wonderful lunch and I'll be making this again but with a little less lemon juice...made for "Bill Board" tag game...
