Step by Step Method
Step 1
Pound the breasts until they are about 3/4 inch thick.
Step 2
Mix all the ingredients in a large zip lock bag, massage the breasts in the bag for a minute. Place bag in fridge for only 1 hour.
Step 3
Take breast out of bag, discard marinade.
Step 4
Over medium hot heat grill the breasts for about 5 minutes each side or until the juices run clear. (Timing depends on the size of the breasts).
