Step by Step Method

Step 1

Pound the breasts until they are about 3/4 inch thick.

Step 2

Mix all the ingredients in a large zip lock bag, massage the breasts in the bag for a minute. Place bag in fridge for only 1 hour.

Step 3

Take breast out of bag, discard marinade.

Step 4

Over medium hot heat grill the breasts for about 5 minutes each side or until the juices run clear. (Timing depends on the size of the breasts).

The garlic and herb marinade helped make this chicken soooo good! We loved it. The orange is subtle and gives a refreshing aftertaste. Really enjoyed this!

I scaled this down for 2 and followed this recipe as instructed and the breasts came out perfectly tender and juicy after 5 minutes per side on a medium-high heat grill. As said in the recipe intro, the citrus flavor did really pair well with the garlic and dried herbs.
