The ingredients are:
  • Orange segments (3 segments, fresh orange, chopped)
  • 1/4 cup orange juice (fresh preferred)
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil (virgin)
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
  • 3 large cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts (pounded to 3/4 inch size)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Pound the breasts until they are about 3/4 inch thick.

  • Step 2: Mix all the ingredients in a large zip lock bag, massage the breasts in the bag for a minute. Place bag in fridge for only 1 hour.

  • Step 3: Take breast out of bag, discard marinade.

  • Step 4: Over medium hot heat grill the breasts for about 5 minutes each side or until the juices run clear. (Timing depends on the size of the breasts).
