"When DH and I grill chicken for a barbecue party, we have always used this method. Of course DH always gets the credit since he is the one the guests see doing the grilling. This works for all parts of the chicken as we always have a variety, as some only eat dark and others only eat white meat. Since Labor Day is coming up in the USA, I thought I'd share my secret. This is more of a cooking method, then a recipe, as you get to use your favorite sauce. We use Jack Daniels Honey Smokehouse."

Turn all chicken pieces over so skin side is up.
Step 7
Bake for another 20 minutes.
Step 8
Repeat process if need be.
Step 9
Let chicken cool, and place into resealable plastic bags or plastic ware with a tight fitting lid. May need more than one.
Step 10
Add the 16 ounces of barbecue sauce between the containers or bags.
Step 11
After they are sealed, give them some hard shakes to coat all the pieces with sauce.
Step 12
Place them in the refrigerator until you are ready to grill them.
Step 13
PreHeat grill to high.
Step 14
Reduce heat to medium and place chicken on grill skin side down, slather with sauce if it needs it.

Step 17
Grill for 5 minutes with lid down or until warmed through.
