Step 1: PreHeat oven to 375 degrees F.
Step 2: Lightly spray two large baking dishes or pans with sides.
Step 3: Place chicken thighs, legs and breasts into pans with skin side down. If they all don't fit or you need more servings, you can cook them in batches.
Step 4: Bake them for 20 minutes.
Step 5: Remove them from oven, let oven come back up to temp and drain juices off.
Step 6: Turn all chicken pieces over so skin side is up.
Step 7: Bake for another 20 minutes.
Step 8: Repeat process if need be.
Step 9: Let chicken cool, and place into resealable plastic bags or plastic ware with a tight fitting lid. May need more than one.
Step 10: Add the 16 ounces of barbecue sauce between the containers or bags.
Step 11: After they are sealed, give them some hard shakes to coat all the pieces with sauce.
Step 12: Place them in the refrigerator until you are ready to grill them.
Step 13: PreHeat grill to high.
Step 14: Reduce heat to medium and place chicken on grill skin side down, slather with sauce if it needs it.
Step 15: Grill for 5 minutes with lid down.
Step 16: Turn chicken over with skin side up. Add more sauce if needed.
Step 17: Grill for 5 minutes with lid down or until warmed through.
