Step by Step Method

Step 1

In a small saucepan, over high heat, combine rice, chicken broth, rosemary, and lemon juice.

Step 2

Bring to a boil, then stir.

Step 3

Cover, and reduce heat to a simmer.

Step 4

Cook for 15-20 minutes, until the rice has absorbed all the liquid.

Step 5

Fluff with a fork, and season with pepper and salt. to taste.

Wonderful rice, and so easy. I made as written, with Jasmine rice. Next time I will try it with fresh oregano instead of rosemary.

A great side to Luvcookn's Basil Lime Grilled Pork Chops. I started eating it and had a hard time stopping with one helping! I would have had more but the kids liked it too, so there was none left. A regular on my list of to make for my family now!
