Step 1: In a small saucepan, over high heat, combine rice, chicken broth, rosemary, and lemon juice.
Step 2: Bring to a boil, then stir.
Step 3: Cover, and reduce heat to a simmer.
Step 4: Cook for 15-20 minutes, until the rice has absorbed all the liquid.
Step 5: Fluff with a fork, and season with pepper and salt. to taste.
