Step by Step Method

In a small saucepan, over high heat, combine rice, chicken broth, rosemary, and lemon juice.

Bring to a boil, then stir.

Cover, and reduce heat to a simmer.

Cook for 15-20 minutes, until the rice has absorbed all the liquid.
Step 5
Fluff with a fork, and season with pepper and salt. to taste.
