"Mix this together and served on warm toasted Baguette slices. Just a bit of heaven. The recipe was originally from Taste of home but modified by me. Make the mixture ahead and have at room tempurature for serving. The original recipe serves the spread cold on warm Baguette slices - I like to warm the preoared slices in a 350 oven for 5-7 minutes."

Step by Step Method

Mix together the cheese, cumin olive oil, chipotle, garlic and cilantro.

Season with salt and pepper

Spread on the warm baguette slices and serve or after spreading on the baguete bake in 350 oven for 5-7 minutes

Before serving or baking decorate with the roasted red pepper slices and enjoy.
