Step by Step Method
Step 1
Cream together the butter and garlic and spread on the break.
Step 2
Arrange buttered side down in a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole or baking dish.
Step 3
Spread grated cheese over top.
Step 4
Beat eggs with heavy cream until foamy, then stir in white wine, chicken bouillon, dry mustard and paprika; pour over bread and grated cheese.
Step 5
Bake, uncovered, 25 minutes at 350°F.
