I used regular carrots that I cut into sticks for this recipe and it worked perfectly. I love the sweet and slightly tart flavour of these.

I bought a bunch of Dutch carrots and cut the green stalks of them, peeled and steamed for 15 minutes and then proceeded for one very glorious side it was yum ummmm all the way, thank you Sue Lau made for Pick Me tag game. The only oops I had was that my Dijon mustard was honey infused but I think that added even more flavour to one fantastic dish.

We had these with our Easter dinner and they were so delicious! I loved the mustard with the brown sugar glaze. We all enjoyed them and they went so good with our ham!
