"This is one of my favorite cookies and I have made thousands of them. I like to make them small, as indicated, but larger ones work too (you may need to increase cooking time a little)."

Great tasting gingersnaps! Quick and easy to make and taste as good as they look, just as I expected from a Crocus recipe. In my ovan 12 minutes was right on. Thank you for sharing this great cookie recipe.

You may not think of these to typically make for Christmas, but I did because we love Gingersnaps so much. These are yummy cookies and will be loved by all those lucky enough to get them this year in their holiday bags!
