Step 1
Gently melt the chocolate in a bowl standing over a pot of simmering water and then stir in the olive oil.
Step 2
Whip the cream to soft peaks and then add to the melted chocolate and olive oil mix.
Step 3
Divide the mix between 6 pretty glasses and top with fresh berries, biscoti or whipped cream if desired.
Step 4
Leave to set in the fridge.
