  • 100 ml olive oil (extra virgin)
  • 150 grams dark chocolate (good quality dark cooking chocolate)
  • 250 grams cream (pouring cream)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Gently melt the chocolate in a bowl standing over a pot of simmering water and then stir in the olive oil.

  • Step 2: Whip the cream to soft peaks and then add to the melted chocolate and olive oil mix.

  • Step 3: Divide the mix between 6 pretty glasses and top with fresh berries, biscoti or whipped cream if desired.

  • Step 4: Leave to set in the fridge.
