Step by Step Method

Step 1

Heat garlic and oil in large skillet over medium-low heat until garlic begins to turn golden, about 3 minutes (do not burn the garlic!). Transfer garlic with the all the oil to small bowl and set aside.

Step 2

Place greens and the pepper flakes the skillet. Using tongs, turn greens until wilted enough to fit in pan. Raise heat to medium and cover. Sprinkle with salt and season with pepper. Cook 7 to 10 minutes, tossing very often.

Step 3

Transfer greens to a colander to drain. Return greens to pan and toss with reserved garlic and oil mixture.

Good recipe. We have this recipe for spinach, we add some chopped onion also.

Simple and delicious!I did not need to drain on the colander. They came out just perfect out of the pan.
