Step by Step Method
Step 1
Spray the inside of the slow cooker with non stick cooking spray before placing the mushrooms and onions in.
Step 2
Mix the rest of the ingredients (except for the diced green onions and sesame seeds) together in a bowl. Pour it over the mushrooms and onions.
Step 3
Put the lid on and cook for 5 to 6 hours on low setting.
Step 4
Before serving, stir the mushrooms gently while still in the sauce. Remove them with a slotted spoon. The mushrooms may then be served with toothpicks.
Step 5
If you like, you can also garnish the mushrooms with diced green onions and sesame seeds.

- At least a 3 quart sized slow cooker.
