"I was looking in the freezer and saw this lonely package of ground pork, then looked at the garlic, opened the fridge and this recipe popped out. It is very easy - don't cut back on the garlic that is what makes it so good. Very nice served over noodles or rice."

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat

Step 2

Add onions & garlic, fry for 3 minutes or until onions are translucent & the garlic aromatic

Step 3

Add pork, separate so there are no lumps

Step 4

Meanwhile mix together the broth, soy sauce, sugar & chili flakes

Step 5

When the pork is lightly browned pour in the broth mixture,

Step 6

Continue cooking uncovered until broth has evaporated

Step 7

Sprinkle on the rice vinegar & serve

We really liked this and it is so easy! I was out of soy sauce so used hoisin sauce but otherwise made as directed. We served this over soba noodles for a very easy dinner. Thanks for sharing!
