Step 1: Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat
Step 2: Add onions & garlic, fry for 3 minutes or until onions are translucent & the garlic aromatic
Step 3: Add pork, separate so there are no lumps
Step 4: Meanwhile mix together the broth, soy sauce, sugar & chili flakes
Step 5: When the pork is lightly browned pour in the broth mixture,
Step 6: Continue cooking uncovered until broth has evaporated
Step 7: Sprinkle on the rice vinegar & serve
