Step 1: Preheat oven to 400 ° F.
Step 2: Toss together Brussels sprouts, garlic cloves, olive oil, lemon pepper, and salt; spread on a baking sheet.
Step 3: Roast for 20-25 minutes or until garlic and Brussels sprouts are tender.
Step 4: Toss with Parmesan cheese and serve.
