"This has been a favorite of the family for years. I use this for both pork chops and pork tenderloin. It is really tender and flavorful. Prep time doesn't include marinating time."

Marinated for about 8 hours. I had thick chops and they turned out tender and juicy. Loved the flavor of them grilled!

5 + star rating for these pork chops! I used the sirloin cut chops which are a little tougher and marinated for six hours. My sage didnt smell to fresh so I looked up a substitute and used rosemary. Had pink himalayan salt on hand and only a couple pinches went into the marinade but did use more fresh black pepper. The hubby grilled the chops perfectly and cant wait to have them again. Thank you Teresa for a fantastic weekend dinner! Made and reviewed for the tag game For Your Consideration.

Delicious! I used thin pork chops so I didn't need to grill them as long as the recipe said but they were wonderful! Thanks for sharing!

Make sure you marinate these for the time written to ensure full flavor... I did mine for the full 6 hours and they were fabulous! Will make these many times again... Thank you so much for another great chop recipe TheresaS. Linda

I have to agree lovely juicy and favorable chops. Grandson stops by for weekday lunch, he absolutely loved the chops and yes so did I! Looking forward to trying this with pork tenderloin which should make for a very special meal.
