Step 1

In a non stick skillet heat the oil, medium heat, saute the garlic until golden.

Step 2

Add the rice to the pan, separate the grains so there are no lumps, add soy & season, stir the rice until it is heated through.

Step 3

If you are adding any veggies add them now and continue cooking until they are heated through.

Having cooked rice on hand makes cooking for one so much easier, this time around it was Fried Rice. Another Bergy recipe I enjoyed and have added to my Favourites Cookbook. This one is a repeatable and will see to reruns. Know family will enjoy this one as much as I did.

Oh yum, great garlicky rice recipe I will be making often. This is a great way to use up leftover white rice! Made for the Alphabet Soup Recipe Tag Game.
