Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 tablespoons oil (olive oil)
  • 1 whole garlic head (yes head not clove, cleaned, separated, crushed)
  • 900 grams cooked rice (4 cups cooked)
  • 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a non stick skillet heat the oil, medium heat, saute the garlic until golden.

  • Step 2: Add the rice to the pan, separate the grains so there are no lumps, add soy & season, stir the rice until it is heated through.

  • Step 3: If you are adding any veggies add them now and continue cooking until they are heated through.
