Step 1: In a non stick skillet heat the oil, medium heat, saute the garlic until golden.
Step 2: Add the rice to the pan, separate the grains so there are no lumps, add soy & season, stir the rice until it is heated through.
Step 3: If you are adding any veggies add them now and continue cooking until they are heated through.
