"I tried this recipe that my friend told me about, and it was so delicious, I just had to share it. This is what Carol at Allrecipes had to say about her recipe. "Submerge chicken in a strong garlic-olive oil infusion, then coat with Parmesan and bread crumbs for a quick and sublime baked chicken." I have to agree with her, it only has 5 ingredients, but the flavor is definitely there! You will love this recipe and it goes so well with just about any sides. Since making it the first time I had it with mashed potatoes one night with a salad, another time with potato salad and coleslaw, and this last time with pasta with alfredo sauce. Delicious with just about anything!"
