Step 3: Combine capers, butter, and garlic in a microwave-sage bowl; microwave at HIGH 1 minute or until butter melts. Drizzle butter mixture over mushrooms; toss. Bake at 450°F for 2 minutes or until browned. Sprinkle lemon juice and parsley over mushroom mixture. Serve warm.
