  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons capers (drained and chopped)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon chopped parsley (fresh, flat-leaf)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 450°F.

  • Step 2: Place mushrooms on a baking sheet; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake at 450°F for 20 minutes or until tender and lightly browned.

  • Step 3: Combine capers, butter, and garlic in a microwave-sage bowl; microwave at HIGH 1 minute or until butter melts. Drizzle butter mixture over mushrooms; toss. Bake at 450°F for 2 minutes or until browned. Sprinkle lemon juice and parsley over mushroom mixture. Serve warm.
