Step by Step Method

Step 1

Combine cabbage, carrot, apple and raisins in a large bowl.

I made this using a packaged coleslaw and kale mix and added finely chopped grapes instead of raisins because DH does not like raisins. I did also add celery seed because I love the crunch they add to coleslaw. I had pink lady apples so used them instead of granny smith. This is a great tasting coleslaw we both really enjoyed.

This is so good and a real winner in our house. I did take a shortcut by using the food processor the the cabbage, carrots and apple - used the slicing disc for all. Thanks for sharing this keeper recipe that we will definitely be having again!
