Step by Step Method
Step 1
Put strawberries and sugar into a medium saucepan and cook stirring over medium heat for 8 minutes or until sugar dissolves and strawberries soften and transfer to a bowl.
Step 2
Place 2 tablespoon granola, 1/4 cup yoghurt, 2 tablespoons strawberry compote and 2 tablespoon papaya into six 1 1/2 cup capacity glasses and repeat layers and serve.
