Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 500 grams strawberries (hulled and sliced)
  • 1/2 cup caster sugar
  • 306 grams granola (cocoa and coconut granola, 3 cups))
  • 24 ounces Greek yogurt (plain, 3 cups)
  • 800 grams papaya (peeled deseeded and diced)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Put strawberries and sugar into a medium saucepan and cook stirring over medium heat for 8 minutes or until sugar dissolves and strawberries soften and transfer to a bowl.

  • Step 2: Place 2 tablespoon granola, 1/4 cup yoghurt, 2 tablespoons strawberry compote and 2 tablespoon papaya into six 1 1/2 cup capacity glasses and repeat layers and serve.
