This recipe was made on 2/18 for mine and my SO's dinner, and most importantly for the " Alphabet Tag Game " :). Instead of using a whole chicken, I used half of a VERY large chicken breast. Then it was butterflied and cut in half. All the dry ingredients were reduced by half. The wet ingredients were done as follows,1/3 cup of flour, the amount of salt remained the same. As for the pepper that was increased to 1/2 teaspoon. And since it's pretty difficult to get just half of an egg yolk,;) that remained the same. Just enough water was used to make a batter. My SO and I both enjoyed taste,in fact my SO like it so much he gave it a " Good Solid 4 *'s ". Thanks for posting and, " Keep Smiling :)
