Step 1

Heat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit

Season chicken with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Heat olive oil in dutch oven placed over a medium-high heat.

Brown the chicken pieces for about 2 minutes on each side.

Cover and place in the oven for 1 hour.
