Step 4: Brown the chicken pieces for about 2 minutes on each side.
Step 5: Add the garlic
Step 6: And cook until browned.
Step 7: Add the tomatoes, olives, chicken stock, rosemary, and thyme.
Step 8: Cover and place in the oven for 1 hour.
Step 9: Add the basil and parsley, and place back in for 1 more hour
