The potatoes are awesome prepared this way. They were quick and easy to make with great results. I used fruliano and parmesan cheeses (its what I had in the house) We loved the flavor and the texture of the dish. Thank you for sharing another wonderful recipe FEM. Made FYC tag game.

WOW! Great potato dish. I served these with pork chops tonight, but I think I found my potato side for Christmas ham. I cheated and used a bag of those fresh hashbrowns that are sold it the meat section of my grocery store. They are raw, so I parboiled them for about 5 minutes and drained, then proceeded from there. Loved the Muenster. I wasn't sure what American cheese was (all I could think of was Velveeta-type "cheese" so I used a medium cheddar.

As with all your family dishes I knew this would be good, and it was. I didn't manage to get the muenster or American cheese, for the cheese I went with cheddar and coby which worked just fine. I halved the recipe and made mini casseroles being just one of me. I can't wait to make this guest worthy recipe for family and friends.
