"Really tender and moist. You can use a small broiler or 2 Cornish hens. The wonderful aroma fills the house while it's cooking. Don't marinate too long, because the flavor gets stronger and stronger the longer it sits. This can also be used as an OAMC recipe."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Halve the chicken or Cornish hens.
Step 2
Arrange halves skin side up in one layer in a baking pan.
Step 3
In a bowl, mix together everything but the sesame seeds.
Step 4
Spread the mixture over the chicken and chill for one hour (I froze it at this point. Remember, if you are freezing this raw, you must use FRESH chicken, not frozen, defrosted chicken!)
Step 5
Preheat oven to 325ºF. Sprinkle some sesame seeds over the chicken and bake uncovered for one hour until chicken is golden (I would say less time for chicken breasts, may have to cover loosely to avoid drying out. This sounds like it would be good grilled too!)
Step 6
NOTE:
Step 7
I only marinate the chicken for 20 - 30 minutes. If you are freezing this.....freeze the marinade separately
