Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350*F
Step 2
Spray a 8x8 casserole dish and set aside.

In a saucepan, bring chicken broth & water to a boil. Add rice, sugar, salt and lemon juice. Stir well.

Pour into a greased casserole dish.
Step 5
Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Step 6
Remove from oven and stir in butter. Serve Immediately.
