Delightful sandwich! I made the coleslaw myself and added a little honey. I like it sweet. For the fish I used cod and a fresh bun from the bakery called "rosetta". Fantastic lunch. I'm a very happy woman.

The coleslaw on this sandwich had just the right amount of wasabi. I wish I would have made extra of the mayonnaise on the side. I made this for Food, Friends, and Fun.

Oh my YUM! I did used bagged coleslaw and had dressing made to which I added the rice vinegar as it was on the sweet side. I used red snapper and avocado oil to fry it in... it was so crispy and with the crunch of the coleslaw...perfection! Thank for sharing Ellie! Made for Billboard Recipe Tag.

This is a great sandwich. I used haddock for the fish. Used cabbage coleslaw mix in the bag, added a little relish to the mayonnaise (no wasabi) and used whole grain rolls. I love lemon so I used a generous squirt or two... Very good! Thank you for sharing this with us Ellie! Linda
