Cut back the recipe for the two of us and have to agree with Bergy our 'Burger Queen" it's a flavourful tasty and moist burger. Have made up a couple of burgers using lean beef with equally good results. Filed alongside our burger favourites and one that I will be making again - soon!

Wonderful Burger - Flavour wise everything just came together . It was a very tasty, moist burger that I will do again for sure, I served the burger with a Mango, lime salsa. Perfect companions. Thanks Brownie for a lovely Saturday Night Burger. Made again 3 Feb1918 Loved it just s much. This Burger is one that I will make again & again - it is delicious. I pan fried it in a lightly greased skillet on medium low (6.5 electric stove setting) for 5 minutes each side. Serve topped with lettuce, a slice of sweet onion & sun dried tomato dressing. I cut the recipe back to 3 burgers with no problem.
