Step 1
Place the olive oil, white wine, garlic, crushed fennel seeds and soy sauce in a large re-sealable.
Step 2
Add the pork chops, seal the bag and allow marinating for 4 to 6 hours refrigerated.
Step 3
Remove from marinade, sprinkle with salt and pepper and cook in a skillet over medium-high heat, until cooked through, about 12 to 15 minutes, turning half way through.
