"I was standing in my kitchen trying to figure out pretty much anything new to do with chicken breasts. I started dumping stuff into a zip-top bag in the approximate quantities below, and came out with some really pretty tasty dinner. If you'd rather not broil, you can bake at 350F for about 40 minutes. Just dump all the marinade over the chicken and flip them about every ten minutes to ensure even coating."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a zip-top plastic bag and mix well. Refrigerate for about 3 hours to marinate, turning bag occasionally.
Step 2
Preheat broiler; spray broiler pan with cooking spray.
Step 3
Remove chicken from marinade; place on broiler pan and drizzle half of marinade over top.
Step 4
Broil 8 minutes; flip and drizzle remaining marinade over chicken.
Step 5
Broil an additional 8 minutes. If chicken is not done, flip again and broil for 2 minutes on each side until completely cooked through.
Step 6
Can also be baked at 350F for 45 minutes. Place chicken in a pan and pour all marinade over the top; flip once halfway through.
