Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium Teriyaki sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (2)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Combine all ingredients in a zip-top plastic bag and mix well. Refrigerate for about 3 hours to marinate, turning bag occasionally.

  • Step 2: Preheat broiler; spray broiler pan with cooking spray.

  • Step 3: Remove chicken from marinade; place on broiler pan and drizzle half of marinade over top.

  • Step 4: Broil 8 minutes; flip and drizzle remaining marinade over chicken.

  • Step 5: Broil an additional 8 minutes. If chicken is not done, flip again and broil for 2 minutes on each side until completely cooked through.

  • Step 6: Can also be baked at 350F for 45 minutes. Place chicken in a pan and pour all marinade over the top; flip once halfway through.
