Step 1

Butter bread on both sides. Grill until browned. Plate.

A gem of a recipe. - I always thought that dandelion Greens were bitter - not so, they were delish. I didn't do Texas toast - I used 16 grain toast, buttered. I made the recipe for one still using 2 eggs. I will make this recipe again - I have a lawn full of dandelions
