Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 cup dandelion greens (torn)
  • 4 whole mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons garlic chives, minced
  • 2 green onions, minced
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 slices Texas toast (3 ounces) bread (thick sliced bread )
  • 3 tablespoons butter

How to Make

  • Step 1: Butter bread on both sides. Grill until browned. Plate.

  • Step 2: Add rest of butter to pan. Add mushrooms, chives and greens; saute lightly. Move over and fry egg.

  • Step 3: Top egg on toast.

  • Step 4: Add veggies around
