"I love an easy foil wrapped dinner and this one is very tasty. Originally a kraft recipe using breasts. A nice green salad goes well with this recipe. This is not an authentic Mexican recipe but uses some Mexi ingredients. The chicken comes out tender, moist & tasty. Not too spicy, just right. I omitted the sour cream."
