"This salsa has avacados in it and is very easy to make. I taught a Christmas Gift-Giving class at a local stamping shop and this was one of the recipes I chose to do. They got to sample everything that was there and they all loved it. Serve it with corn or tortilla chips."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
In a medium bowl place the diced avacado--you want them ripe but on the underside of ripe so they are not mush).
Step 2
Mince the red onion and add to the bowl; dice the tomatoes and add to the bowl also.
Step 3
In a separate bowl mix the parsley, cumin, cayenne, salt, and water; let sit for a few minute and combine with the avacado mixture.
Step 4
Squeeze the juice of the two limes over all and stir to coat.
